About Gymandu
Software for running a fitness business in Nepal — built here, for how gyms here actually work.
What we build
Gymandu manages the whole business of a gym: members and memberships, attendance and door access, billing and payments, coaching programmes, the supplement shop, and the accounts behind all of it.
Most gym software stops at the member list, and the owner ends up keeping a second set of books somewhere else. We think that second system is the problem, so the ledger is part of the product rather than something you reconcile against it.
What we build around
- One system, one set of numbers
- A payment taken at the desk should reach the accounts by itself. Re-typing figures between systems is where the month-end argument comes from.
- Built for here
- Bikram Sambat dates, Nepali fiscal years, and VAT and PAN against the parties you trade with — because that is how the paperwork actually works.
- Say only what is true
- We publish what the software does today. If something is on the roadmap rather than in the product, it does not belong on this website.
What we will not tell you
We will not quote a customer count, a satisfaction percentage or a number of gyms served. Figures like that are easy to write and impossible for you to check, so they tell you nothing.
What we will do is give you thirty days with your own member list loaded, so you can judge the software on your own gym rather than on our description of it.
