By registering as a member at Gymandu or applying our digital Gym Management System interfaces, you conclusively confirm that you have read, understood, and consented to remain legally bound by these operational Terms and Conditions.
02 Membership Plans & Billing
All application fees, registration structures, and active plans are bound by the absolute stipulations below:
Non-Transferable
Memberships are strictly assigned to individuals and are non-refundable.
Upfront Payment
Payments must be resolved relative to elected monthly or annual timelines.
03 Code of Conduct & Safety
To secure a productive, respectful physical gym space for all attendees, individuals are required to follow rules:
- Members must wear proper athletic footwear and clean gym apparel.
- Mistreatment of equipment or staff results in immediate membership revocation.
04 Liability Waiver
Physical workout programs inherently feature injury contingencies. By visiting Gymandu premises and using physical gear, you assume your own training risks. Gymandu disclaims absolute liabilities for personal damages, lost property items, or bodily injuries sustained on site.
